I've been tinkering with biohacking gadgets for about a year now, and the wearable sleep trackers and continuous glucose monitors are the ones I actually stick with. They don't magically optimize you, but they give you a nudge to move more or eat differently at the right moment. The neurofeedback headbands are still a bit gimmicky for me, though. You really have to filter out the hype and just use what gives you clean, actionable data without turning your whole life into a spreadsheet.
